When you subscribe to the National Architect Corporation as a Media Affiliate, you will be assigned a secure Project Workspace where our communications will be conducted to and from, and stored, and project Gantt charts, invoices, and project reports will be archived.
Your subscription can be of a type which guarantees no competing National Architect Corporation in your market for a set period.
Examples of Potential Projects:
EDITORIAL CONTENT: You would send a list of future editorial themes, or topics.
We would send back "speaking points" or suggested editorial language.
You may elect to limit our communication, or, share them so you gain the benefit of many topics and responses.
You would alert us to news topics which have anything to do with the environment in your market area (a prominent building caught fire; vacant houses have been a problem for the city and the county; population is static, etc. etc.). We will react with "speaking points" or suggestions for follow news stories.
Your file can have restricted access or it can be included with other subscribers, so you get the benefit of what other media are reporting.
PROJECT PLANNING: We will work with you through the initial research needed to create a problem statement, list of facts, strategies for solutions, list of affected parties, list of responsible parties, what Tasks will be performed when and at what cost.
The research can form the basis for a strategic plan to attract the resources needed to solve the problem.
The challenge can be one within your
company, or in one of the markets your outlet serves.
UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE APPLIED INTERNSHIPS: Students, and recent graduates, can engage in the National Architect Corporation Internship program. Students self-start researching basic information needed for funders, other public members, and or professionals on specific problems in how the built environment needs to change.
Interns gain a requirement for licensing, and valuable, usually modestly paid, experience.
DEVELOPMENT CAMPAIGNS FOR THE PROJECT, ORGANIZATION, OR YOU: We can supplement your community's efforts by providing written content, strategic consulting, and campaign benefits (donors can get a free subscription to the National Architect Corporation) for community solutions which your media company supports.
If you own a small town newspaper, for example, there may be citizens who want to renovate the town library. The newspaper can call for volunteers; publish the minutes of meetings; print progress reports (online, for a fee); host the meetings;
DESIGN COMPETITIONS: We, or an Affiliate, may design and manage a design competition. You can provide jurors, and staff managers for the events, getting exposure for the project, and publishing the results.
OBSERVER: You may see a project which National Architect Affiliates are engaged in which you would like to closely follow. Some projects may allow for various degrees on non-client participation.
CASE STUDIES: We, or an Affiliate, may be called on for researching and writing case studies of various types. One area of our work has been using change of the designed and built environment, to increase beneficiaries' freedom.
This has included successful advocacy against government corruption in low income housing and community development, and blight removal, mortgage foreclosure fraud, judicial unlawful acts, administrative body unlawful acts, unlawful public eminent domain taking, seeding of Kansas City's first National Landmark and its jazz district.
Select media affiliates may qualify to research and produce articles which the National Architect will publish on its website. Some articles may be offered for sale, earning fees for their authors.
LIST OF SPECIALIST WRITERS AND CONTRIBUTORS: Your basic subscription allows you access to writers, speakers, or researchers whom you can bring into town for a speech at a monthly organization; or be available for quote on a topic in which they specialize.
